How To Set Printer To Draft Mode

Printing a Draft of a Document

Give-and-take allows you to print drafts of your documents. This can exist very helpful in speeding up the press process, particularly if you have a complex document with lots of fonts and graphics. When printing drafts, the final fonts are non used, nor are the graphics printed in identify. To print a draft, follow these steps:

  1. Display the Give-and-take Options dialog box. (In Word 2007 click the Part button and then click Word Options. In Word 2010 or a later version, brandish the File tab of the ribbon and then click Options.)
  2. At the left side of the dialog box click Advanced.
  3. Scroll through the available options until yous see the Print department. (See Figure 1.)

  5. Brand sure the Use Draft Quality check box is selected.
  6. Click on OK.
  7. Impress your document.

Remember that the exact way in which draft printing is implemented is, in large role, upward to your printer. Don't be surprised if y'all become different results doing a typhoon print on ane printer as compared to some other.
